Study programme of my carreer, psychology.

Hi! Today iam going to talk about my your study programme of my carreer, psychology.

As many know, the academic burden of the University is dense, the tests, what you have to read, the work,  among others, are stressors for anyone.

Faced with this, the career of psychology lasts for five years, where you must read a lot in most subjects, present the different lines and theories of psychology, their authors, the postulates and what exists today of that , in addition to current research that enrich knowledge.

Psychology belongs to the faculty of social sciences of the Juan Gómez Miilas campus, although it is far from the center of Santiago, it is a wide capus and with a wonderful view; one disadvantage is that despite the space, there are not many green areas, more grass, trees, plants, etc. They should improve the landscape within the campus, with more nature. Also, considering the space that is on campus, the parking lots are not enough for everyone and many should leave their cars outside, benefiting the academics, and administrative, so I think you also have to give students the opportunity

Each faculty has its own library, but that of the faculty of social sciences is small, should allocate a larger space, considering the large number of students there. In addition, the faculty has computer labs, but they are also small and there are not many teams, this is a great disadvantage for students, especially those in which there are mathematical subjects in their careers, since the use of computers is necessary. Despite this, new study rooms have been built, larger, with air conditioning being a great comfort for everyone.

In spite of everything, the race is very beautiful and dedicated, in addition, we must consider that the mesh of the race is in changes like the campus, so it can always be improved in all aspects.

Bye!!

An expert that I admire

Hi everyone!
Today, I am going to talk about the psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud.

Freud is considered the father of psychoanalysis. His theories and his work have left an important mark in the way in which explanations have been given for decades in childhood, personality, memory, sexuality or therapy. But mainly stand out what he called the unconscious.

To understand his theory, we must know that everything started in Paris, where Sigmund Freud was thanks to a scholarship. In Paris, he spent a lot of time with Jean-Martin Charcot, a famous neurologist who studied the hypnotic phenomenon, and thus began his interest in the suggestion and study of hysteria. Once the scholarship was completed, Freud returned to Vienna and shared Charcot's theories with other doctors, but all rejected him except Josef Breuer, a friend of his.

Furthermore, Breuer played an important role in the life of Sigmund Freud.  He was a father figure, advising him in the different aspects of the career they shared, supporting him financially to establish his practice as a private doctor, creating the cathartic method and writing the inaugural work with him of the history of psychoanalysis.

In his Works stand out el yo y el ello, porvenir de una ilusión, el malestar en la cultura, psicología de las masas y el análisis del yo, among others.

I like Freud because I think there are many things that we know and live that we do not remember, that live in some part of our mind but that we have difficult access, memories that are often impossible to reach and many times could be the why of our acting. Freud, proposes with what I call as unconscious a possible place where all those forgotten memories are found and that it is possible to reach them through hypnosis, that many of our behaviors can be explained by what happens to us in childhood and this would be it the  cause of what we are when we are adults.

Even so, Freud also explains through repressed sexual impulses during childhood and in that I do not agree very much, he puts the human being as someone who is a prisoner of his sexual and animal self, and I believe that this is not the case in all cases. In spite of that, it does not stop me from attracting attention.

I hope this has awakened your interest is Freud, regards!

Postgraduate?

Hi everyone!

Today I am going to talk about a postgraduate course that i would consider taking in the future.
Even I don't really know what will happen to my studies after having my degree and I still don't know what line I will take, but if you'd like to have a post-graduate degree in relation to young people and the legal department. Also I'd like after the race relate to the topic of forensic work as a forensic psychologist, become a legal forensic psychologist and travel to those countries that specialize in those areas, to finally work in some police institution but not in the local police.

I imagine working abroad for a while acquiring knowledge of other realities, take things slowly and slowly and then return. I would prefer to study in Spain, the country has good universities and they are good in those areas.

However, despite not knowing well what to study later, I have many postgraduate plans, not only in relation to forensic psychology, but also some postgraduate studies that can be used in conjunction with the theater, a psychotherapy different, one where the people not only you sit down to talk about your problems or concerns, that you have the space to let off steam by combining art with your own, discovering the depths of yourself and identifying the main problem that pursues you.

Bye!!!

MY FUTURE JOB

Although I am studying psychology, I have not yet decided which specialty to take, I am waiting for the third year because there they will show us the different specialties of the race. Even so, I have in mind to the judicial area, but I'm not sure if that area is the correct for me.

However, I would like to have a second career related to art; theater. From the school that I like, I was part of the theater group of the school from the age of twelve until I was eighteen, when I graduated and participated in many works. That is a job where I see myself, I imagine myself in a theater, doing works and traveling the country, taking this art to many people. I’d love to like to give classes in schools, not only to let them know what it is like, but also to be a space for recreation, fun, confidence and where each member discovers the hidden sides of himself.

Even, I'm hoping to relate theater with psychology. If my future work contemplates both careers. I imagine being part of a group where through theater I help people with some therapies or just as a means of distraction. I wouldn´t mind earn little money since I will have the title of psychologist, the theater would be a hobby.

My best concert

I would have to say the best concert I ever been to Super Junior on March 23rd of 2013 in the Movistar Arena. I remember that I did go with my mother, it was a great evening. That day was so funny. In the morning, I did go to school it was the last class of the term and the teacher did not want to let it out, but I knew that I would attend a concert and I would leave before (he is a good man) . After, I went to my house, I changed my clothes, and I went to the Movistar line.

The songs were excellent, all people (fans) sang and danced to the rhythm of Korean pop, shouted and waved their "lightstick", some had headband with lights (I also had), all the Movistar became a blue tide (the favorite color of the group´s is sapphire blue), the ELF (the name fansclub) jumped and shouted when the group danced on stage, since Korean pop is characterized not just for the singing, also because they dance.
The kpop is becoming well known, the concerts are amazing and impressive, so you can explore in the beautiful Asia word.

My Childhood

Every time I remember my childhood, I can't avoid the smell of trees, of the flowers, because I lived nearby for a large park, we used to go every afternoon. I remember when I went for the first time to the amusement park, my brother was a baby still, but that day we had very good time with our parents, It was one of the first times that we play in all possible games, since The bumper cars to throw basketball balls, It was an unforgettable day, I was eight years old, my brother just had a year.

When I was little I did not go out a lot to play at the street, I played in the patio, however it was circular, so when he wanted to ride a bike was difficult, until my mom told me to go to the street, and I discovered he knew riding his bike very well, that was when I was 8 years old. I didn’t have favorite series, but I like it the lion king, I watched it all the time, I preferred to watch movies that series.

When I remember my childhood, I remember it with a lot of love, there are good and bad memories, funny and sad, but even so, my childhood was the best.

BRAZIL

Beautiful. If I had to define it in a word, it would be that. This country is very varied. The great Latin country is famous for the carnival in Rio de Janeiro, for his islands, archipelago and river; than they delivered us the great works of art of nature in a single country.
Thanks to its vegetation, Brazil has the greatest variety of animals of any country in the world, jungles are home to most of its animal life, but many unique species also live in the pampas and semi desert regions.

First, I would like to visit to Rio de Janeiro because this country continues to be an icon of Brazil for the carnivals in the city. Every years, many people of around the world, arrived this city for enjoy of the carnival, it’s one of the busiest parties in the world. Also to visit one of the eight wonders of the world; Cristo Redentor. After, I visit the Paraná country. In these place, are the famous Cataratas del Iguazú and tour its crystal clear waters in the boats that tourism delivers.

The true, is that I like many countries that have vegetation, I like the parties where many people go to enjoy Latin music. I like to enjoy the beautiful things of nature, and for me, Brazil is the country that meets those characteristics.

Hi everyone! Today, i am going to talk about my experience about writing blogs in English. I have writing in English in school before but I never did a blog, this is a new experience for me. It was difficult to write this because it’s complicated for me to write in English and even more difficult talk about myself in public, since my autobiography to the things I like. About the comments of my classmates and teacher, I like them because they were nice and keep me motivated to keep writing more. Also, I liked the blogs of my classmates; they were very interesting and funny, I enjoyed reading their blogs.

I liked all the things I had to write even if they were difficult. I would love to write about my taste in music because that way I would know what music my classmates listen to. I would like to write about curiosities of the world, it’s boring to write always about myself.

Before this weekly activity I didn’t have the habit of writing in English, this was a big experience because before this activity has helped me to learn more grammar things.

Thank you for your reading and comments about my blog!
Good bye! Have a good day.

Remember me

Hi everyone! This afternoon, i am going to talk about my favorite book.

When was a child I didn’t like to read a lot, but over time my friend´s dragged me into the world of reading, mainly romantic’s plots , fiction science and mystery histories.

One day, my friend tell me on the new book she had read (she read one per week), she told me to read it because it was very good and I did so, that was when that book became one of my favorites.

"Remember me" ("no me olvides" title for Latin America) , it is the title of the book by the American Cheryl Lanham who writes romance, mystery novels and directed to young adults. In the first pages of the book, I thought it would be those plots that can be easily inferred, that girl in trouble who falls in love with the wrong boy and all those corny things, but with the passage of the pages the book becomes unpredictable and more interesting. The protagonist of the story is Jean, a young woman who, after betting whit her friends, ends up being sentenced to 300 hours of community service, which, to her surprise, she must fulfill in a home for the terminally ill. In that place he meets Gabriel, a sarcastic adolescent lover of literature, with heart problems where his days are already numbered and where he already has everything planned for when that day arrives.

Throughout the plot Jean and Gabriel become good friends, and although Jean knows a boy who lives near the home he falls in love with, similarly has mixed feelings with Gabriel. There are moments of joy and fun in the book, but the last forty pages are the most exciting. It shows someone who is about to die, how beautiful life can be and enjoy it every day. The book makes you fall in love and teaches you great things, such as friendship, affection, admiration, empathy among others, is full of life teachings.

Here I leave the synopsis of the book,

Dear Diary: Why is life so difficult?
When they caught me stealing, I thought the world was falling apart. It was a stupid prank, but that was not the worst: the judge imposed a penalty of three hundred hours of community service. All an eternity!
Of course I would never have believed that I would love to work in a health center, and that someone like Gabriel would cross my path.
Since I've known him, I feel like another person. We have so many things in common, and we are running out of time ... Now I would like those three hundred hours to be eternal!

PS: How do you say goodbye to someone you love?

 read it is wonderful!

The subject that I like it

Hi everyone! today, i am going to talk about the subject that i like it

In personality psychology, as its name says, it is about studying the personality of the individual with its characteristics, the factors that influence their formation and evolution, their thoughts, their behaviors and their attitudes, being the most recognized author in this field American psychologist Gordon Allport. In this matter, they teach us how the personality is influenced by the historical time in which we are, with whom we relate and where our genetics also influences. In addition, we know the various theories and contributions of schools of psychology from various authors (Freud, Pervin, Mauss, among others) that propose the study and definition of personality (for example, personality  is defined as  mask), its origin, its classification and its determinants.

There is no human being who does not have personality, we all have it and it is one of the points that makes us unique and even though we share certain traits with other individuals never we will be same. I like this subject because I am interested in knowing more about that characteristic stamp of the people, trying to understand the other would be a great step to know more about each person and even more, understand and know ourselves.

ELEMENTARY

Hi humans, today I am going to talk about my favorite series Elementary.

Elementary is an American procedural drama series that presents a contemporary update of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's character Sherlock Holmes. The series was created by Robert Doherty and stars Jonny Lee Miller as Sherlock Holmes and Lucy Liu as Dr. Joan Watson. The series premiered on CBS on September 27, 2012. The series is set and filmed primarily in New York City.

Sherlock Holmes is a fictional private detective created by British author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Known as a "consulting detective" in the stories, Holmes is known for his proficiency with observation, forensic science, and logical reasoning that borders on the fantastic which he employs when investigating cases for a wide variety of clients, including Scotland Yard.

The show follows Holmes, a recovering drug addict and former consultant to Scotland Yard, as he assists the New York City Police Department in solving crimes. His indifference to police procedure often leads to conflict with Captain Thomas Gregson (Aidan Quinn), although the two still remain mutually respectful of one another. He is accompanied by Dr. Joan Watson (Lucy Liu), who initially acts as his sober companion. She is a former surgeon and was hired by Sherlock's father to help him in his rehabilitation. They eventually begin to work together on his cases, and she becomes Holmes' apprentice. The series also features Holmes' ongoing conflict with his nemesis Jamie Moriarty (Natalie Dormer). Other supporting roles include Jon Michael Hill as Detective Marcus Bell, Rhys Ifans as Sherlock's brother Mycroft Holmes.

I really like the serie, especially Holmes, because of how brilliant the character is to solve the cases. From the first chapter, the arrogant Sherlock Holmes shows his abilities that range from opening a door without having the keys even solving a murder, even when there are not many clues or antecedents. He is an addict in rehabilitation, so his father hires a sobriety partner to watch over him so he does not go back to drugs, Joan Watson. With the passing of days, Holmes proposes to Watson to train her to be able to do the same job as him and that with the passage of time, they become partners and advisors of the New York Police.

Many times, we don’t observe and we only contemplate, t we do not stop to look at each part of what composes what we have in front of us. Although we know that the series and the characters are fictional, I am surprised how the main character Sherlock is able to see everything around him, analyze everything in his visual field, use the five senses in their maximum splendor, and conclude what that many cant.

I hope you can see the series, it's really interesting and it's on Netflix!!!
